Overview

The GoVault data protection software is an extremely robust, easy-to-use

backup and restore application that merges advanced data de-

duplication technology—also known as capacity-optimized storage

(COS)—with the GoVault dock and cartridge disk drive to extend the

amount of data that can be archived by a factor of from 10 to 20 times, or

more, depending on the nature of the backup data.

Implemented as a single-user/single-server application, with direct

access to the GoVault removable disk subsystem, the GoVault data

protection software provides access to COS technology for:

• Small business/home office environments
